I’ll be interested to see how he makes out. I wonder what the chances are of scoring reis. I assume the coker group that bought up pro elite contracts took reis’. Coker plays with others so maybe there’s a chance.

Im not a big fan of the little guys fighting but this is still a freaking nice lineup.

Why, oh why, did the both Japanese orgs decided to do a GP in the same weight class?

There really needs to be some European featherweights added to the GP. That’s one of the things that made the Middleweight GP so interesting, having 9 different countries represented. Right now we have 4 countries (Japan, United States, Brazil, South Korea), need moar plz.

check the Dream site, and translate it. seems first match up is Wicky vs Imanari. krazy i would of figured FEG would want both to get to atleast the 2nd round.

It’s just interviews. Or where do you mean? Inside the interviews?

we translated it, and they used “run” for the word fight for SHOJI/DJ.taiki. they used the same term for Imanari and Wicky. and i know its not a good source, but check the Wikepdia site, they also have that fight listed as the first fight. i thought you would know some one who could read the Dream site maybe. also, the Wikepedia site must have a reference some where stating where it got its info for the first match (Imanari vs Wicky)

I don’t see anything about a fight in the article/interviews. The translator might have translated グランプリ as run or something, it means grand prix. The ones who wrote it on wikipedia probably thought it was a fight just because they saw their faces next to each other on the DREAM site.
