K-1 World GP 2009 In Lodz! Choi Criticized For Movie Appearance

FEG have announced on the K-1 website that the first event abroad in the 2009 K-1 World GP series will be in Poland om May 23rd. There will be an 8-man tournament and some superfights on the card. The event will take place in the Lodz Sport Hall in Lodz, Poland.

In other news, DREAM Super Hulk Tournament participant Choi Hong Man is once again getting criticized by Korean net users. This time because he appeared in a Japanese movie called Goemon. “Live in Japan”, “Don’t come to Korea” were a couple of comments people wrote in the guestbook (the only place on the internet where you could communicate with Choi) of the site. Apparently Choi wrote “Just stop for a minute” before that section of the site was cut. Events like this can’t be good for Choi considering his sad blog post of last year and how he has looked lately. Some Korean net users can be really nasty when it comes to celebrities.

It was later revealed that Jose Canseco authored 100% of those comments. However, HMC is still depressed.

Wait…. someone wrote nasty comments on a site and people are surprised?
Wow, Im shocked because we all know that has neeeeever happened on the interwebs before. People online are so much better behaved than that.

Of course, jews still harp on that whole nazi thing and still dont like germans much so Ill give the koreans the benefit of the doubt here. Their whole history consists of the japanese fucking with them and the japanese still treat koreans like serfs so this should not be a surprise to anyone who is familiar with the region.
